I have:

"Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended"

"Paint"

I'm good at sigs and have been trying very hard at making a good sig in"the rain" (i.e. gif image...)

I want to make a really bad ass sig and it will be perfect to one perspective when finished.
I just want to know if there is a better brush or method than I am currently not using..

thanks I don't have a capture card. I've found some water droplet brushes so I'll keep trying. I'm having trouble now between rain speed and quality. some look like static others look like slo mo drizzle. I'm getting there tho...
