Im using photoshop CS5 the 2nd one i took a light of and it came out like that

On the first ones the girl (Rihanna I guess) is way too thin. You've probably transformed your render/picture without holding down shift.
Lastly I would suggest not trying to oversharpen, use default Ps effects and don't use lens flares as you're light source. Lens flares are ugly as hell.

the girl looks stretched out height ways maybe reduce the height of the girl?
