Go to render settings. Then go to out put and go to the preset "Preset: HDV/HDTV 720 29.97" It's in "film/video" and change the "frame range" to all frames.
Go to "Save" put the format as "Quicktime Movie" or "AVI Movie".
For Quicktime movie go to options beside it and change it to MPEG-4 Video.
For AVI Movie go to options and what I use is Intel IYUV codec.
Last thing in "Save" click the "..." and choose where to put your outcome and what to name it. So when you click the "Render to Picture Viewer" button it will render all frames and it will automatically save.
