I don't know if this has been posted before. So Mod 's if it has Close if needed.

But here are something's you need:

1. Adobe Photoshop( i dont have a download available but juss google it its on there)
2. Some Common Sense.

General discussion is for anything that doesn't fir into the other forum sections.

It would go in the GFX tutorials. I reported it so a mod will move it in a bit.

Yea, I make scanlines all the time. I use to run a scanline shop.
