ps. can you make sure the software is free

those qualaty backgrounds are hours of work... don't expect you can make great sigs in one day.

the most GFXers use Adobe Photoshop CS2-4
buttt that sofware isn't free unless you are cool

a free one is GIMP, me myself, i don't like it very much..
if you got one of these programs jsut search around for tutorials..
