Okay, im not sure if you guys know how to do this, but it was a problem for me when i started, so it might be a problem for you.. ok
First, go to

Second, press the start button, and right on top of "Log Off" button, there id a button called
"RUN"
If you opened it, it should look like this

Now type in what i have one there and press OK. The folder should look like this

Now. In that folder, go to and drag the brush file into the brush folder.
Adobe>Adobe photoshop CS5>Presets>Brushes
After that is done, open up your
Photoshop CS5
Select your
brush tool , and click on the drop down arrow(were you select your brush) and click on the side arrow
to the right of the pixel size, and click on
"Load Brush"
