well i don't want to rate until you improve it. First the text doesnt fit with it at all, second there is no border at all, 3rd well the background is kinda sketchy to me. Also these are just very small tips this needs a lot of improvement , thanks for posting.

one more thing if this is a sig it would be best if you resized it to be smaller.
