so i made a very basic tut for it maybe usefull for somebody who does not understand it
requirements: photoshop
<3
note: step 6 is for photoshop CS2 or lower i think after that Animation is implented in photoshop itself, then all you have to do is enable animation window at step 6 (Windows>Animation)
;; and also this is just 1 way there are more for example blending options>inner oppacity 0%+stroke and then just add a scanline under the layer of text. good luck experimenting

making a scanline is less then a minute work like your scanline with ngu :p it is no work at all
i make it within 2 minutes, and that is becaus my pc takes slow to load photoshop.if you just do that i say in the tut you get a basic scanline, you disagree? if so you make a better one, because there is nothing left to add, there is nothing else to it.
