man i tried to add the gif file that you made to my new sig but the lasers won't move :\

Yeah when you try to put one gif into another gif, then it won't move. :/ Sorry dude.

Well if you still want the scanline in the other moving sig then i can send you the .psd file which is the photoshop project file and then you can give that to the person that is making your other sigs and then maybe they can add the scanline to your newer sig. Idk just a though and I can't make any gauruntee that it will work. Just let me know :y:

well im the one making my sigs for now and could you please send that .psd file =D i tried to edit it in photoshop but sadly it didn't work. maybe i did need that file. :\

Are you adding the rain effect in Photoshop or how are you doing it?

Thanks so much ^.^ the rain effect comes from a different program. I'll upload it for you with a crack so u have full access but basically i edit the background in photoshop then add it to "Banner Maker" (the program) to add other effects such as rain. It does more but im sticking to the basics :p also if u can get the two gif files to go together and work let me know because i really want that sig in my new sigs. Although I am not really sure if using a .gif from photoshop and then using it in the banner maker will work together. Not really sure. All you can do is try :y:
