i cant see that you have done much to this. just added the blob and written blob on the top of the shop. then added a border and changed it to black n white

Ratings & classing doesn't matter. If you want to get rated or classed, what do you want to achieve? Pro? Screw pro guys. Just focus on the actual signage not the rating or classing.

It seems nice but it looks a bit copy pasted. Lack of depth, flow. Concept isn't bad. I would apply the image go to Filter > Render > Lightning effects. Move the curser to 35 "POSITIVE" & set the mode to omni & in the middle. Make it bigger if needed. Then you will see the actual signage is concentrated on the focal itself. More lightning on it which is good. I would add an attack-ive C4D if you have one. Then place it from the back of the focal, attacking to the the front of the signage. But that may not look good.

Overall it's nice. A bit more work is needed though.

And i know you didn't just say that there's a lack of depth? theres more depth in that signature that most i've seen. and there may be little flow but there is a little and moves from the top down.
