He didnt copy and paste (or not to my knowledge anyway)
He simply copied someone elses exact design, which im pretty sure your not allowed to do for an art exam....

yea thats where i got the idea to do it, you can see its not a copy and paste as on mine it doesn't have the name in the bottom right and my mouth looks more realistic.
