I tried every rendering-tutorial I found on youtube, but it's still the same. So yeah, if you had the same problem and fixed it or if you just know hot to fix it, pls pls let me know, thank you

I put my render settings to 1080p and it didn't get better :S

untick the box "maintain aspect ratio"

where/when?

Choose Composition > Composition Settings.
Do one of the following:

1)Choose a composition settings preset from the Preset menu.

2)Choose a value from the Pixel Aspect Ratio menu.

Make sure the "cable" thingy with the chains is connected to each other and not disconected from each other.

could you make some screenies to show me? I'm from Germany and got the german version of after effects :S

You will get some menu like this where you can adjust the height, width of the composition

Fill in the correct values in pixels, I don't think you need to check the box for maintain the aspect ratio.




If this doesn't fix it, double click your movie and then you can scale it to fill your screen
