I have a dazzle dvc-170 platinum, the quality sucks, and the screen is split in two. it is awfull, do you know how to fix this?

try changing the display area to either 480 or 720 unless your in hd?

no it doesn't work, i play on a normal tv.
i set it up with splitters etc.
