Hey man, hoping this helps, but what I do is record with the Easycap through AMCAP with the highest settings on there, but defo using S-video, then download AMCAP put the highest settings available on through that, then download Videopad (free editing software), add the video to there, select crop 16:9 (gives you full screen) then save (youtube HD) 1080p, then you have hd and full screen, in the end your video will look like this, but dont record through VideoPad the sound and quality is horrible record through amcap and save through video pad?
