Can someone make that image transparent? By that, I mean, get rid of the background and make it transparent, keep the alien and size it down to avatar size.

Doesn't matter what you use. As long as you get Paul, the alien, in the picture sized down to avatar size, with the background transparent. If you can do it, I'll rep you. I'ma sleep right now, but that's as simple as I can put it.
