First time I looked at it, it took me a good 15 seconds to distinguish as to what exactly I was looking at.

It's a good piece but the head is too dark and blends in with the BG too well.

I have been touching your tags for the past 10 minutes, WACHOOGUNADO?

As for the tag (as TLKOG said) the focal is hard to pin point, it took me a few seconds to distinguish the persons head.
The smudging could do with a little more variety try give it a little depth with sharpening some smudging and letting some cover the render a bit and blur and darken other ones behind it.

Pretty awesome keep up the good work.

I think it could do with more C4D and where are the brushes hey where the the brushes.
