I will be teaching you how to re-create the above effect in your videos/montages.

Border:

1. Download the files.
2. have your sony vegas open and drag all the given files into your project media
3. To add the border Right click on your video track and select "add new Video track" this wil create a blank video track
4. Drag the File named "Hub Effect - Border" into this video track
5. Go to your video FX tab and find "Chroma Keyer" Drag this effect into the border video
6. Make the settings The same as shown You must login or register to view this content.
7. You now have the border but it is green if you wish to change colour just do the following.
- Go to Colour Balance, drag reset to xero into the border and then select the midtones button. now change the colour to your liking by moving the dragable bar.


Lockon:

Do the exact same steps as you did to get the Border.

To move the lockon to where the enemy is just use the pan and crop feature in vegas.
