I decided I would try make a sig out of it, the quality was really low.
I cleaned the image a lot to make it look good and added a mouth (not sure if the image was supposed to have a mouth) and it turned out like this.

I wasn't really to bothered about the background my mate just wanted something there so he could prove to his mate that we made it. Most of the work was the mouth which I think I did pretty well on, well accept for a few minor bits. This was a test to see if I could make a better qaulity picture with a rubbish one with limited rescourses. Atleast you commented but I wasn't going for an all out sig.
The shoulders look transparent.
Try using a different dust in front of them, or set the fill to a greater percentage.
