what do you connect your game to your tv with an hdmi cable or the RGB cables cause you will need a RGB cable for most HD PVRs

You would have to connect your sound using a optical sound cable or an HDMI cable to your sound system.
Then you would have to use a RGB cable to connect your video to the capture card then it would go through the capture card using a RGB cable to your TV
Ill make a picture if that would help?

Yes and you would also have to change your audio options to output on 2 different devices (sound system and the RGB cables)
