The outer text is a bit small and difficult to properly distinguish at first glance.

I think you should change "VIP" to "Premium" and use the NGU logo in some way, and take that lock off :p I like the idea tho, so good work :y:

I agree with the VIP thing, but I think his text would fit it better.

This is nice, I like the colours and the style but it's hard to see the small text.
Other than that i think it looks great.
