This is interesting. Look what I found when I decided to check out a few random sigs of his, which may be why he's recycling sigs instead of fabricating new ones...

There has to be some sort of rule or penalty/punishment for blatantly stealing someone else's work and passing it off as your own, then charging vbux for it. If I had the time, I'd go even further and find out what .psd packs he ripped off and where.
