Just because it's a stock doesn't mean your stuck with that background. Smudge, use other stocks or effects or filters, even just using brushes can change a background.
it was a stock so I was stuck with that BG lol :p
but ill add some more things into this and make him a v2 =D

I always use stocks. What I do is render the person in it and then duplicate it on its own layer. Then I'm able to put things behind the person, but infront of the BG.
