You put text obviously go to blending options add a stroke 1px. Then add a new layer get the eliptical marquee tool and drag it over the top half of the text and brush it with a hard white brush. Then right click the layer and select 'create clipping mask' then set the opacity to around 30% to make it create a 'glossy' effect Smile
