(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm getting seriously pissed off now, by everyone saying on people's sigs that they are bad and that they should watch tuts

Where are these tutorials that magically make your work better?

Don't just say youtube, because there are thousands of videos and most of them are for beginners, GIVE ME A LINK TO A VIDEO

You're best hope will be You must login or register to view this content. because of all the professional graphic designers that use it to explain their work and show it.

If you're too lazy to do that use the You must login or register to view this content. which is located on the forum, there are lots of tutorials that point out the main things that people want to know.

Tutorials don't just "magically" turn you're work into a master peice, they are made to help new comers to GFX to learn the basics of Photoshop, Fireworks, GIMP and other GFX Programmes so they can change the images that the tutorial requires so that is therefore becoming a personal signature because no one has given you the exact instructions to use that specific render/ color/ shape/ size/ other.

Some Basic Tutorials are here:-

Here are a bunch of tuts. Just one part of my collection that I have found in the past. I take NO credit for making any of these tuts. Give credit to the people who made the tut if you choose to use one. You just have to download it.

You must login or register to view this content.

And i never said it would magically make it good, but everyone was saying

"beginner 0.5/5, this sucks ass watch a tut on youtube"

and that doesnt help anyone, and they are making it sound like going on youtube will make you make perfect sigs in an instant

It helps if you read the whole thing, not just make one bit bold...

People say that your Sig sucks and that you should watch a tut, and basically they are saying that watching a tut will make it better, magically better, i know you're just going to make magically better bold, so to save you some time i did it myself, and i was wondering where are these tutorials that make your Sig better, because i haven't seen a single ONE on YouTube

I was basically trying to say that all the people that say

"this sucks go watch a tut you noob"

should link to a tut that they think would have made the Sig better not just say that because it doesn't help anyone just makes the creator feel bad

Ok, but what you have to understand is that they don't make sigs better, they just help the artist(AKA you) understand things better so they can make better sigs. The tutorial does not show you how to make your signature better, it shows you how to make the whole signature. Unless it is created to show you how to make better text for your signature etc.

once your done with a tutorial sig, try to remember the steps and things you did so you dont have to refer back to that tutorial and can develop your own style off of that...
it takes a long time to get your own style so try to work on that, most GFX dont stick to one style though, we are more versatile... good luck Smile
