Use only brushes & filters to emit an urban theme, 10 minute time limit.

Are you in college or high school? It must be nice to have a decent graphics design class. I've already excelled out of the curriculum of mine. I didn't take it because they had nothing to offer me judging by some of the work I see the kids in the class make.Happy It's awful!

High school ROP class, Multimedia/Web Design.
Basically we've worked on all abode programs starting from Captivate, to Flash, and now onward to Photoshop.
