The double border's not what kills it, but it might as well be teabagging a corpse. What killed this one was the effects, they're all so blurry and undefined that they just look bad and nothing stands out well enough, except the focal's head.

I agree what with Mr. Depression had to say and if you're going to make text so difficult to notice, then don't add it at all.
