Centered focal makes it hard for you flow to really do anything - either accentuate the explosion-esque flow you have working now, or just scrap trying to add flow altogether. The effects in the tag are [mostly] blurry which hurts as well, and a lot of the focal's edges are covered by blurred effects, which hurts the actual definition of the focal in those areas (most specifically the focal's left arm).

Your color scheme isn't bad, but it's really not great either. There's really no connection between purple and yellow, the fact that they're complementary just makes it not hurt your eyes. Add in some middle colors like reds and maybe a couple spots of blue to break up the super-hot color scheme. To be frank it almost looks like you just added a couple gradient maps at the end to make the colors work together, which isn't how you should approach it - make the colors work well enough while you're making the tag, and use adjustments at the end to tweak the color to perfection.

That's all I got.

Thanks for going all out with your critique, I'll take it all into consideration on my next piece.

It seems to me that you never quite finish tags. You always get the smudging down however to me they always seem unfinished.

I don't like how it looks like he is being engulfed in the are behind him, instead of emerging from it.
