You really need to give some of the text an extra second to be read, specifically the "THE BEST/Just for your entertainment" and "Montages, the best editing" (which should really be Montages + the best editing). Also, don't blur out the SUB! and then hold on it for as long as it is now, that hurts the eye because there's nothing to focus on.
In terms of timing, 32 seconds is pretty long for an intro (I'm not counting the extra 5 seconds or so the intro stays on the last frame). You can easily cut out the first 5 or so seconds at the very start, and some of the transition sections could really be cut shorter too (it takes almost 4 whole seconds to get from "Just for your entertainment" to "Samstoobad brings"? That needs to be cut in half). No one wants to wait 30+ seconds just to watch a clip of something.

thanks for the feed back. firstly i ll like to say this is an intro for a web site web page, being the reason it is slightly long. but taken in to consideration adding extra time to read the words. so this will under go some further development. once again thanks for feed back

If you meant that this was supposed to be an advertisement for the website, I could offer some additional advice for what I think should be added, but then 35 seconds is a pretty good length for it. =)
