c4d effect over the face is way to distracting and doesn't go with rest of the tag. also, the render is B&W but everything else is in color which throws it off too

Just like Raumycr said. You either have it in black and white or you have it in colour. If you want it in Black and white just click ctrl+alt+shift+e>shift+ctrl+u. This will desturate it making a black and white effect. Or if you want the render in colour add a gradient map to it with any colours you want and turn the opacity down to blend it with the background Other than that mate well done 6/10
