. Your probably thinking i'm a very boring person lol because all i'm doing all day is making google chrome themes , well that's not true :p.Anyway, here is my third theme, it's a clean/plain blackops theme. It's not all over the palce and to bright and shit.

How to apply theme
Save to desktop, right click it, click on the option 'open with' then search " Google Chrome ". Now open it, a message will pop up saying do you want to install this theme, click yes. All done.

An app :whistle: . Makes it slightly easier, but it still takes a while :/
