Requirements:

-Photoshop
-Your Favorite Font
-A Brain

OK. So first open Photoshop

Next, Go to File>New

After that, change your measurement to pixels and make the picture whatever size you want. I prefer 500x150.

Now, you want to select your Text tool

Scroll over your whole canvas and type whatever you want in your favorite font.

Now move it around and edit it however you want.

Next, click on the Background layer and delete it for a transparent scanline.

After you're done with that, select your rectangle tool.

Draw one vertically parallel to your text.

Now, click Window and select Animation.

Next, in the Animation Section, click the Duplicate Selected Frames button.

So first, you want to start with your name and have the background deleted and have it edited how you want.

Next, you want to copy and paste your image into the Scanline

Now, you want to resize the image to make it fit your text.

After that, Set the image up for the scan.

Now, click duplicate selected frames and run the image across the text and drag the text layer to the camera thingy lol.

After that, click tween animation frames and add 75 frames

Now just rewind it and click play :y:
