(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well i want to get a capture card but i dont know what kind to get. I was thinking a Dazzle but the thing is i still want to play using my HDMI cable so i was wondering, Is it possible to set up the ps3 using both HDMI cable and the yellow/white/red, and set my TV so the HDMI setting and but it will still record with the component cables? because when i got the HDMI cable i forgot to unplug the component cable and then went to the component aux and there was picture and all and then i went to the HDMI and there was picture...

ALSO How can i make the cable that goes into my computer longer like in zzirgrizz's setup his dazzle cable is like 50 ft long and they dont come like that.

Are there any other good capture cards that record in high quality and are not very expensive?

Dazzle is a great option but if you get i would say get the plus because of the great editing softwear that comes with it (Pinnacle Studios 12). Another option it a EasyCap recorder. Its a cheap way of recording and the quality is half descent. It costed me 12 dollars on ebay but the recroding softwear it came with was not the greatest.

Hope this helps.

And you can buy cheap cables off the internet look for high speed/ gold coated for recording. And i am pretty sure you would not have to play in HD because dazzle does not record is hd. but you can just switch cables when recording.
