Is there any sort of university or collage course that is like game cover designing, stuff like that. I really dont know what to look for and the courses ive looked at just now are just drawing, I'm more interested with using computer programs like photoshop. Please help me with this. Btw I'm from Scotland if any one has any recommendations.

im not sure, i took graphic design in school and that was drawing, CAD (computer aided design using a similar program to photoshop) and it also included practical design.
every college does different courses so just read up on different courses and see what they involve. thats all the advise i can give really

try looking under HTML,CSS,PHP programming etc you might find game design under those catogories and those catogories will be under computing :p
