Sigh... photo manipulation is applying one part of one image and applying it to another part of another image, like if you got a tree and applyed arms to it and eyes then that would be photo manipulation, what you've done the second time is photo enhancement (i think) which is getting one image and making it better, like remakes of films one is black and white then they remake i in color

I was the first to put up photo manip in a long time..but hey don't blame me.

He was just trying to prove that it wasn't made in paint, and nothing else. Sure it can be made in paint, but that's not the point.

Don is right. Photo manipulation is the assests of combining two image or more images into one. Photo manipulation can also be very complex at times, but it's the artist's creativity that make up the art.

Take these as examples:
Lizard + Crocodile meshed together to make a creature somewhat containing the body of a lizard and the head of a crocodile.

Another famous photo manip is the alien Mona Lisa whereas the artist replace the portrait's face with some fugly thing. I'll post a picture of it tomorrow.
