Just Fill Out My GFx Fourm And i will have it done in about 30 Seconds

NOT DOING INTROS BECAUSE OF HOW MANY REQUEST I MIGHT GET

Background Color: black with the effect that you showed in you work preview i think its a gradient with smoke but idk (in the center)
Bottom Text can you put the PSN logo and next to it put PSN:GunpeX and make the color gray so its visible
