ist not really clear what the focal point is imo, i think its meant to be the guy with the staff?
also the text isnt really readable, try picking out a render and using a stock as a background, then using effects to create depth etc.. instead of using a stock, adding a sort of spotlight and some text
just my honest opinion ^^ others may disagree
