eh i wouldnt bother with reflections, waste of time imo. What you want to do if ur new to gfx is get the basics right and then when you start getting a lot better (not perfect as thats impossible stare) then start playing around with things.

As far as the sig goes, if ur new to gfx its not bad. The effects on her are pretty good, just watch out though because you're verging on FHS in this one, its not there, but its close :p

The backgrounds a little boring and plain, it sorta works, but id do some smudging or something as you get more used to gfx

text is wrong, but its not the worst ive seen. Id not bother with text at the moment, i still dont always bother with it because it can (and often does) ruin a sig. In this case it doesnt ruin it, but something just isnt right.

Overall rating seeing as you're fairly new to gfx id say 7-8/10

Its one of the better 'beginner' gfxer's sigs that ive seen. Keep at it and you'll get there.

Do you know any good smudge tutorials or something like that? I keep trying but I can't seem to get the hold of it. Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it.

Try turning down the contrast a bit... It got too bright and thats why the C4D didnt really blend in :y:

if you've got good smudge brushes the smudging practically does itself =D well... ish. irish made a set a while back if u knew him, try and find them on ngu and if u cant ill send them 2 u.

As for tuts not really sure, i self taught a lot of my smudging, and watched other peoples =D its a progressive process, you tend to do it in multiple layers. If u want tut's the best place to look is deviantart especially for lighting tuts.
