Why does the one on the left have better quality than the one on the right? How to I get the one on the right to get the same quality as the right?

Does it matter if one is better? doesn't it come out like the one on right anyway? it does with me.

In your right program monitor down in the tools by the play button and such click on the output button (3 circles red,green,blue overlapping in a triangle shape) top row all the way to the right and then hover down to playback resolultion make sure its at full... that is my only suggestion
