It's decent for a beginner. The main thing that I think you need to look at is reducing the number of focals in the piece. Sigs look best when there's only 1 focal / render to look at. When you've picked a good render to use build the sig around it, things like c4d's and fractals are usually the easiest things to include to make a better sig. Take a look around the tutorials section here as well to learn about some important features like depth, flow and lighting. Each of these alone can greately improve a sig and they don't require much work to incorporate.
Anyway, you're off to a good start. Nobody gets it straight away and with a little patience and effort you'll improve greatly

honestly i just see 3 renders of pac with a texture overlay on it and the text could use work also upload to photobucket it's too hard to see as attachment unless it's that small if so the quality needs some work too
Things you should use
C4D's
clipping mask
you can find those at the resource section here at ngu
I don't recommend photobucket. The bandwidth limits can be a pain and the links are super long. If you want a quality image hosting site that can keep track of your sigs and stuff then try imgur.com - free membership, various thumbnail sizes for everything you upload and up to 250 images can be stored on your account (you can upload more, they just won't show up under your account)
Also a great place to get resources would be deviantart.com - there are thousands of stuff there to download and utilise in a sig, just be sure that you don't download somebody's finished work and incorporate it. Normally people will mention in the description of the upload if it's free to use or not.
