It looks dull to me. Theres no wow factor, nothing that catches the eye.

Anyway, I think the main issue with this tag is the focal point. Atm it's got the 'floating head' feel to it, as in you only see the head and no body. Easiest way to remedy this is to make the render smaller to fit more of it into the tag or make the tag larger to accommodate the render. The blending on the hand is good, nice smudging on it and you've done a good job on complimenting the natural flow of the render. The colour scheme is a bit monotone, try to add some colour to it where you can. It looks like you've used a gradient map to get the current colours so just lower the opacity on it or change the blending modes to let some colour beneath it shine through. The lighting is okay, not great but with more colours it will become more defined hopefully. Text isn't great also, but I think some of the issues above should be fixed before going into text.
