Anyways to the OP it looks alright, needs a better light source which can be achieved with a 100px soft brush also when you put a c4d erase it off the render not all of it but you don't want the render to look like it came with the background.
Heres a tip to improve depth
make a new layer and go to image > apply image
then go to Filter>Sharpen> Sharpen
now everything should pop out more now just erase the background from the applied image and only the render will pop out all in all it's good for your first sig

For your first attempt I'm very impressed. Much much better than mine :p Be patient and take constructive criticism not as insulting but to help you improve. Read up beginner tutorials and in time you will pick up new tricks and skills that will turn you into a fantastic GFX artist
