Here is a tut

A couple things:
maybe try using different transisions in clips, not just fading in and out
add in the gun shots, if you use vegas just download the shot sound and delete the original sound and then time the gun shot to the video.
dont use the overlay through out the whole video as to me is doesnt help, maybe in one clip or a cinematic but not the whole video.

Last one is just personal opinion.

First to your opinion on mine.
I didn't use GunShots becouse I didn't want to. I ALWAYS use it when I edit, just not here. The overlay was basicly a test, was going to remove it, but I had already rendered it so I didnt want to remove it to render again. I also use transitions in my edits, but I didn't want to in this, becouse I wanted to do abit of oG edit kinda

Your edit is good, maybe try sync it better, and show the GWK also maybe
