ummm... seems to me like a simple cc and then some quick twixtor, which in my opnion is kinda choppy and weird rather thn the smooth look that you might've been going for... your on the right track though keep editing clips man

Ive had some issues with twixtor, wont go smooth like it normally does with my settings :\ and yh these are quick OCE's i am gonna start doing, simple edits then maybe some better ones when i know more effects.

i had the same issue with twixtor but simple changes to your project make it smooth.

1. Go into Layer -> Frame Blending -> select Pixel Motion
2. Enable Frame Blending
3. Set correct settings under Twixtor to match your comp.

sorry if you knew these already (especially #3 lol) but this is what fixed mine completely.

Oh and sometimes the speed you put the twixtor level can cause this. usually anywhere from 2-8 is the smoothest for me
