Improvements:
CC - Try a different CC and possibley make your own if not already (CC means Colour Correction)
Use less Blur around the edges
Remove the recorded audio and add in the audio for the shots manually
When using Twixtor maybe use it a bit longer.
Make the overlay more visable or use a different one

What was good:
You obviously know how to use some good editing techniques by watching this video, but you are not using them to their full potential.

Sorry for the long improvement list but remember editing is all personal preference.

Yeah ill stop puting blured edges and CC how do i get a good CC? On my OCE 6 i have a good CC? u think so?

for me the CC added no difference to the colour other than the map being brighter. Do you use sony vegas?
