How about if someone collects 1$ off a few people or even 50c and buys it, then posts it in premium because it would not be allowed in normal sections. Smile

You shouldn't be paying $5 for that, those effects are really easy to create. Play around with the curves, vibrance and the selective color and you'll get similar effects,

Checkout deviantart, there are plenty of actions for free there,
