The resolution is quite high to fit my screen its 2560x1440
Also the name in the pic is my psn ID

Put a layer behind really thick then one in front with a lower visibility

It looks good for a real attempt and a First try.

Maybe find some better materials to use? and download the Greyscale Gorilla Lightkit it will help you out alot to make your 3D text shine and nice lighting effects.
also the fillet cap you put on the text dosn't look that smooth but other than that its really nice

The flares looked weird because there not properly made flares.
You should get some new flares :3
i have a gfx pack i made when i started graphics, has a few descent things in there. pm me if you want it

No problem if you need help with C4D just look on youtube for tutorials bro

I didn't get my flares from a gfx pack I made that one myself but now I have gfx packs with better ones thanks for the advice
