alot can be improved here, the colours dont go, and im not sure bout the size cos im on my ps3 but it looks pretty big? use a border, folow some tutorials and you'l get better.

um how do i get a border? and thanks

just use like the square tool or sumfin

What I do (in CS3) is:

1. create a new layer
2. select the square marquee tool
3. on new layer make a small box on the left from the top of your sig to the bottom
4. right click in the box and select "fill" (then select colour)
5. click the box and drag it to the other side of your sig so it stays the same size and repeat step 4
6. click the inside of the border line you made to get rid of the outside lines
7. repeat steps for upper and bottom border lines
