Never use a boarder. Period.
The effects are very bright and the tag itself looks washed out of colour. Work more on creating the fire effect.
Remove the text. Background needs work instead of the solid colour background.

Rep is earned. If you want to build more rep start contributing to the site more by doing things like raffles, Signature shops, generally being a nice, smart and honest guy. I wouldn't say my rep is high but that's how I did it.
