Not really all that into it.

dont like the weird robotic things one the side of her face
smudging is nice though

The blurring seems way too random and the flow is non-existent. Try smudging it all in a similar direction to make it super flowy. The stock/render is fantastic (and SUPER HD if I might add) with the eyes especially. Depth is there. but lacking. Fix this by blurring EVERYTHING that isn't important (chin, hair, elbow's, arms, upper lip, around the eyes). You can also try and bring her out by adding a bit more contrast to her face by Dodging the cheeks and eyes, while Burning directly under the eyes and under the chin. Oh and don't forget to blur/burn the gun. This'll make her pop a LOT better than previously.

The tag overall is great, love your smudge style and the concept is good. the smudging on the left side, by her face seems a little too blurred though.

orange shape on the right side made me think of the firefox logo lol

The style is there, definately.
Just lacks some depth.
I see some constructive flow, Not bad, I like how you made it work somewhat.
Overall a decent tag!!
