LOL sorry to ask but for someone to say they're gonna "try that smudging stuff" (which sounds like a first try), and come out with smudging like this it just doesn't feel right.
And not saying that it is in fact ripped but you're new and your user name isn't even on the tag bro.

I have to agree with Crazy on this. This is an awesome signature (don't really like the dead center placement of the render though) but to say "Tried that smudging stuff", it's not the best of signs. Post the PSD
